…a powerful modular system designed for basic monitoring of rotating machines (gearboxes, fans, pumps, motors, etc.) including their protection against possible accidents. The system is able to work independently or can be connected to existing control systems. The basis is the modular evaluation unit VIB I/O Module 750-645 (dual-channel) with the Tandem-Piezo® Sensor 750-925, which processes information from 2 sensors and transmits information to the database server via the ETH bus. The information is evaluated by the application logic directly in the VIB I/O Module 750-645 module. Complete data management is handled by the MS SQL database server, which makes the system open to access for individual data processing.
